The former aristocratic residence is one of about 400 smaller manors and manor houses on the Lower Rhine. The historic house with modern ambience has a total of ten rooms. During the restoration of the listed annex, the classic loam Clay undercoat plaster with straw was used as well as Reed matting ST 70. This was followed by the application of Clay topcoat fine 06, a single-layer thin plaster. The surface was finished with YOSIMA clay designer plaster.
